At British Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
